Formed in 2020 KOA Gyms is a family run business owned by Collins brothers Niall and Chris. Niall has over 10 years of welding and engineering experience and Chris has been involved in elite level sports development for the past 15 years. Growing frustrated with the gym equipment industry the brothers put their skills together to create fully customised gym equipment affordable for everyone. There is a warrior in all of us, the KOA name originates from Polynesia and means brave, bold and fearless. KOA warriors were an important part of ancient Hawaiian society. And although we don’t share the same tropical climate as the Polynesians we do believe that there is a warrior in all of us and KOA Gyms are driven to help you with your fight in sport and in life with fully customised solutions made to last. KOA Gyms is based in Mid Ulster just outside Magherafelt providing a wide range of high-performance customised gym equipment throughout Ireland and the UK.
