Our relationship with the guys from KOA Gyms started over three years ago when I bought a pair of dumbbells and a slam ball from Niall and our relationship grew from there. KOA Gyms are simply our first port of call every time we decide to upgrade our facility. The quality of their products are fantastic, but above all else I find KOA Gyms to be straight talking and honest….when we’ve a deadline to hit Niall / Chris tell me the truth whether it’s feasible or not….these guys deliver on their promises. I knew we had a great supplier and a company I wanted to develop a relationship with when I bought a wall mounted rack to fit myself. The night it was delivered I had to go to the maternity suite with my wife, not only did KOA Gyms still deliver but Niall fitted it himself…what a man!!

We've been really impressed by what KOA Gyms have been able to produce for us at Steelstown Brian Og's. We feel the investment in our gym facility has been a key element in our first ever Intermediate County title and the Ulster title that also followed. Injury prevention and a consistently delivered Strength and Conditioning programme delivered in a well-designed, robust, quality environment have given us a huge platform to develop from. Through KOA’s design expertise we have been able to ensure that we can still maintain the second key element on our design board. Our facility has seamlessly been able to cater for the health and well being of all club members and those in our local community as well as our teams with Innovative use of space and bespoke racking systems. This has allowed for team sessions and Individual training to be carried out in the same time and space with no hassle. Working with KOA Gyms has been a pleasure from design to completion, the expertise and advice they have offered has been excellent, no big sales pitch just a sensible approach with customised solutions at an affordable price.

The guys at KOA gyms were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. No issue or problem was too difficult for them to solve. We had visions to create a state-of-the-art club gym and KOA more than delivered on their end. They fitted-out and installed our new club gym to the highest spec which we were delighted with as this new facility will help to improve and increase the S&C of our players going forward. The equipment they provided was top class and the install was done in a timely fashion through good coordination and communication. Our new gym will hugely benefit our players and it now gives them a hub to train in and develop their physical fitness for the future.
